Reinforcing the learnings to vital to ensure consistent execution and to get tangible results from the training.
Our post-training Reinforcement Coaching provides the opportunity to reinforce the skills that are working well and identify the skills that need some refinement. After the training, we work with our clients to:
Evaluate feedback from the initial post-training evaluations and our observations
Understand the impact of the new skills learned back on the job
Identify the specific topics of the training that would benefit from additional reinforcement and opportunities for practice
